What does that mean when mailing your next campaign?
At Newnorth we understand the importance of transparency when it comes to data regulation compliance and would like to make you aware of how your data will be handled. We have created a new process with regards to the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
Here is how the process works:
On acceptance of our first mailing job from customers a data processing agreement is sent out to you for approval
All files received from our customers should be sent via the secure Newnorth remote server. Access to the remote server is via password protection which ensures only those authorised can access the data files
Mailing files are accessed by our Mailing Department Manager and then saved with password protection on our server in the appropriate format
Once the mailing data has been checked and finalised, a copy is then uploaded to the server for customers to access and approve. The mailing data is deleted within one month of use
